Each office exists for a reason. Shenzhen finds and makes the product, Eindhoven moves it into Europe and shapes how it looks, Portsmouth ships it and runs the store. Between them we can take a product from factory floor to a customer's door without handing you off to anyone else.

Portsmouth sits on the UK's south coast next to Southampton, one of the country's largest container ports and its busiest vehicle terminal. That puts our UK office within reach of deep-sea freight arriving from Asia, and a short run from the distribution corridors feeding London and the Midlands.
It's also where the day-to-day agency work happens — Shopify builds, CRO, SEO and the client relationships that sit on top of everything the other two offices do.

Eindhoven is the design and technology capital of the Benelux — home to Brainport, the Design Academy and decades of Philips engineering heritage. It's where the creative side of our work sits: brand, art direction, product presentation and the look of the storefront itself.
It's also the practical answer to selling in Europe. The Netherlands is the continent's distribution centre — Rotterdam is Europe's largest seaport and Schiphol one of its biggest cargo airports — so stock landed here reaches most of Western Europe inside a day or two.

Shenzhen is the manufacturing engine of southern China and the reason our sourcing arm exists. Sitting inside the Pearl River Delta puts our team within driving distance of the factories that actually make the product — not the trading companies that resell it.
That proximity is what keeps unit costs low and quality honest. Our team visits the floor, samples before you commit, and holds stock in our own warehouse space until it's ready to ship.

Where are HAUS MEDIA's offices?

Why does HAUS MEDIA have an office in Shenzhen?
Shenzhen sits in the manufacturing heartland of southern China. Being there is what lets us source factory-direct, keep unit costs down, and check quality in person before stock ships.
