We're actually there.
Most agencies "source from China" by emailing a factory they found online and hoping for the best. We have an office in Shenzhen.
Our team is on the ground, in the same timezone as the factories, able to visit, inspect and push when something needs pushing. Every member of our China team is vastly experienced in purchasing — this is what they do, all day, every day.
Alongside the office we run warehouse storage facilities and work with dedicated shipping agents, so your stock can be received, checked, held and shipped without passing through a chain of strangers.

Can HAUS MEDIA source products from China?
Yes. We have an office in Shenzhen and 18 years of sourcing experience in China. The team deals with factories directly rather than going through trading companies that resell.
Do you visit factories in person?
Yes. Being in the Pearl River Delta puts our team within driving distance of the factories themselves, so product is checked on the floor before it ships.
Can you hold stock for us?
Yes. We have our own warehouse space in China and dedicated shipping agents, so stock can be held until it's ready to move.
