What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms on which we carry out work. If you engage us, a separate written agreement covers scope, fees, timescales, intellectual property and liability for that work, and it takes precedence over anything on this site.
Using this site
You may use this site for your own information and to get in touch with us. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or scrape it in a way that affects its availability for others.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, code, images and video on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent. Client names, logos and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
Work shown on this site
Case studies, figures and client comments describe past projects. They are examples of what has been achieved in particular circumstances, not a prediction or promise of results for anyone else. Every store, market and product is different.
This section only protects you if the figures are real. Make sure every number and quotation on the site is accurate and that you have permission to publish anything attributed to a client.

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Descriptions of our services are for information; any quote we give is subject to a written agreement between us.

We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
